Gonasell (MB Gonasell) provides photography, videography, and visual content production services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your project agreement. Full payment is due upon delivery of final materials unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered content for its intended purpose. Gonasell retains the right to use work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Gonasell is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, equipment failure, or client-side delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
Clients agree not to alter, manipulate, or misrepresent delivered content in a way that damages Gonasell's reputation. Credit is appreciated but not required.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
